-Analysis of edicts, of bidding processes and advice in the preparation of proposals;

-Preparation of challenges to bid notices and qualification of bidders, as well as appeals and administrative defenses;

-Filing of judicial measures pertinent to Administrative Law, such as writ of mandamus, precautionary action, and declaratory action;

-Counseling in parliamentary investigation commissions (“CPI”) and processing commissions, in municipal, state and federal levels, seeking, among others, the presentation of defenses and the follow-up of depositions and the taking of all applicable judicial measures to protect the rights of its clients.
